The number one goal for Anderson Duck Dog  Kennels is to make a good dog a better dog. We are a Christian family-owned business that takes pride in what we have to offer to our clients and their dogs. We have seen many good dogs through the years that are trained in many different ways. No training method that produces a good dog can be all bad, but some methods require a very special type of dog to be successful. We believe in concentrating first on forming good habits for your dog as he/ she transitions through our program. Our philosophy of training is to train a dog to become the best that it can become given its temperament, potential, and breeding.  

We do not only train duck dogs. Our training program can be modified to accomplish the needs of the owner and the dog.  Our kennels and main training facilities are located at our home in the Orange/Bridge city area. We also use local wetlands and ponds to train the dogs in our care with various field conditions and familiarize them with different settings for actual hunting situations or field trials. This type of training allows the dogs to concentrate on the actual job at hand and not on getting used to different situations during a hunt or hunt test.

I always remind myself and others that all dogs are special and if you don't believe that then spell DOG backwards.
